Unfiltered Futures is an in-person session for students and recent graduates, created and facilitated by Ros Banksia-Smith.
Built on The Architecture of Becoming, it brings real conversation and practical tools to questions of identity, career direction and what comes next. It is not a lecture.

From the room
I really enjoyed hearing Ros speak for our class. I admire her perspective and outlook on design, and the way she shared her experience gave me a lot to think about for the future. You can really feel her passion and intensity for what she does, and she's very engaging and pulls you in. I really liked what she said about learning about the people you’re designing for, their history and culture, and actually understanding their world. And hearing about all the different parts of a project we can be involved in was really cool. It made me think about where I want to be in the industry and the types of projects and environments I’d like to be part of. I left feeling inspired and excited about what comes next. I’m so thankful for the advice and direction she gave us, and I would love the opportunity to learn more from her.
