COURAGE

Written during and after her cancer diagnosis in 2019, COURAGE is a personal account rather than a programme. It moves through fear, uncertainty, identity, gratitude and the practice of writing things down when there is nothing else to hold on to.

It makes no medical claims and offers no formula. Its subject is the part of a difficult year that remains a choice: how to meet what has already arrived.
