Who are you creating from?
Every decision a person makes is made from somewhere: a belief, a history, a room, a relationship, a version of themselves they have not questioned in years. This keynote makes that invisible structure visible, then asks what it would take to build differently.

When life changes the brief
In 2019 Ros was diagnosed with cancer. This is not a recovery story or a lesson in positive thinking. It is an honest account of fear, uncertainty, identity and the small daily decisions that remain available when the larger ones are not.

Seeing differently is a capability, not a department
Creativity is usually filed under artists and designers. After decades in design, hospitality and creative leadership, Ros treats it as a human capacity: the ability to see differently, imagine an alternative and build what does not yet exist.

No two organisations arrive with the same pressures, language or ambitions. Ros works with organisers before the event to understand the audience, the context and the outcome they are trying to create, then shapes the conversation around it.

The speaker film is being cut from live keynotes and will show Ros on stage: how she opens a room, how she handles a hard subject, and how she closes. Until real stage footage exists, nothing here is staged to look like it. Organisers who need footage now can request current material directly.
